Thought Fellaini is having injury but dude played for his NT today. And France can't even get a goal against Belarus.

@Diademk07, what's Deschamps' tactic today and Martial 's position?

Maybe for YOU pathetic goners, "parading underachieving impotent strikers" may be the norm but please try not to compare the destiny of a KING ( I.e manchester united) with that of the palace JESTER ( I.e the goners)!

Rashford is quality with "potential", no one at manchester is getting ahead of themselves about him since it is normal for us to produce quality young players! Now go and have some breakfast, its obvious from this your "early morning bad belle" that a hungry man is really a pained and angry one!

[b]I could give you a perfectly logical explanation of why Francis Jeffees turned out average, Don't compare him to Rashford, NEVER!

It's called the Matthew effect and it's quite prevalent in sports, Basically we will be focusing on how birthdays affect average players positively. Most young age groups have Cut off dates beginning at the year (Usually January) Your conclusion is as good as mine, The January born players usually have a distinctive advantage as they are older than other kids.

Over time, Head coaches observe this group of kids and swiftly recruit them exposing them to better training. Is it because they are More skillful? NO. It's because they are older therefore a 10yr old would easily dominate the 9yr olds in his group.

That was the case of Jeffrey, he had cut off dates on his side, him being more older allowed him to use his superior physical and mental development over the other players.

Oh and Guess what month is birthday is on?

Now retreat to thine Hole...Young Padowan

Are we watching different Matches under Jose Mourinho?! I think you should blame Martial for slowly adapting to the new Manager's System!

What can You say of our last Match before the Break?! Rashford replaced Martial, and he wasn't glued to the wing, rather he was switching positions which eventually got him the winning Goal!

Was Mata also limited on the right wing?! When Micki came in, was he not roaming and inter-changing wings?!

I think you have no point here, you simply just wanna start another baseless argument this Evening!
Apart from the fact that Rashford is a classic forward whose off the movement is off the chart as opposed to Martial, when Rashford came on, Mikhi was in the central role with Rooney shifted to the flank. That's a different thing entirely.

Anyway, I think I made my point already. Mata did roam but hasn't had a lot of space to operate as well and has looked bang average with few moment of brilliance here or there.

Hazard best season so far in EPL was where and which tactics? Martial euro and early of this season's performance are poor simple maybe due to off form or fatigue accumulated from many games he played last season as Deschamps said.

Relax season still dey start, we'll all analyse it here at the end of the season.
Hazard's best season under Mourinho never looked as good as this season.

He had his moment of brilliance in most game but for the whole minutes, he looked average-decent only to come up with something brilliant to win the match.

This season on the other hand, he's looked a class apart.

Even if were just 3 games, he's looked great than he ever did apart from his Lille days when he was deployed as a SS.

Let me add that he also looked great as a SS for Belgium at the euros.

A 3 man midfield won't solve shit_ last thing we need is An Over ambitious Pogba in the middle with fellaini and Herrera flanking him...

YUCK.

On further thought, You claim a 3 man midfield will make the forward trio more fluid in inter changing? Dude WTF!

Fellaini interchanging with Martial, Or is it Pogba playing as a Box to Box in the middle you expect to swap roles effortlessly with Zlatan, Martial and whomever else shocked shocked:
o

Your mental grasp on tactics is amusing if not downright childish
Really?

Lol!

So, you think a 3-man midfield is equivalent to a 10 role?

A 3-man midfield ensures all the CM stays in the central midfield except when they foray forward with their marauding runs whereas a no 10 occupies the final third position. Hence, the space the no 10 should have occupied in the final third becomes the space the inverted forwards would occupy when they drift in the final third.

A fluid no 10 such as Ozil who tends to interchange around the front trio wouldn't cause much problem.. But with a rigid Rooney as a 10 and Ibra who both loves to stays in the middle, Martial has been forced to play more or less like a winger...

Rashford fan? Aight.

Sooo if all the CMs are playing central then on the counter that leaves the flanks open and Herrera is shit_ at defending, fellaini can't cross, and definitely the wingbacks will have to sit deeper against counters

This tactic is absurd given our current squad depth.

The 3-man midfield won us plenty of games under Van gaal despite our shite midfield of Herrera, Fellaini and Rooney to some extent. In fact, we lost more games with a 4231 setup...

Without the ball, the wing forwards stay in their position and contribute their defensive quota on the wings but when the team are in possession, they make runs and interchange fluidly.

That clown knows nothing about nothing.

He just comes here to regurgitate any half-passage he read online without fully grasping or understanding the concept.

Firstly the theory he was referring would be applied differently in the UK where Jeffers and Rashford both grew up. School(and associate age grouping) starts on the 1st of September. This means that Kids born in the 'ember' months have age advantage of those born in the 'rary' months, who in turn have age advantage over those born in the Summer.

If he understood this, he would know that Rashford himself is potentially a beneficiary of the relative age effect....even potentially more so than Francis Jeffers.

Cue a large majority of the Manyoo squad have birthdays in between end of October and end of November or end of December early April.
