But some of the governors are already mad. If they weren't mad, I don't see any logic in stealing funds meant for the development and empowerment of the people you govern.

Some of them have billions of Naira in their personal accounts and his people are in abject poverty, communities in deplorable condition. Yet, I still need a prophet to tell me such governor is not mad.
