Nah. Beat fm actually owns naija fm. I wasn't arguing, and I'm still not. Just saying my experience based on the frequency of public listenership from fueling stations to large stores etc.

naija fm is not owned by raypower, it's owned by the same owners of Beat Fm and classic Fm

One of the reasons why Naija is still Giant of Africa. Some countries can't boast of Five Radio stations. A country like Gambia in 2003 had only 2 radio stations, One University, two TV stations.

Oga o. Ibadan is growing like weed. I remember when it was Premier FM, Radio Oyo 2 and later Splash FM. Ibadan alone now has 20 out of those 23 listed above.
I just updated the last Two radio stations on that list; Royal root and Jamz FM on Wikipedia today because they are brand new stations. They are both on Test Transmission at the moment.
People never know about them.
I sense more stations are still coming cos Ibadan has huge listening base more than 5millions population.
Am still waiting for WAZOBIA FM and Brilla FM.
