That book was the beginning of my understanding the Bible. My father had it and treasured like gold

This book is one of the greatest publications ever, it transcends denomination. We had it at home then. I remember I was the most fascinated among my siblings so I was usually the one who will read and tell them them the stories. I know virtually every story. I used to represent the youth fellowship and the Girls' brigade in Bible quiz and Sword drill courtesy of this book- Bible Stories simplified.
