Some southerns are irredeemable bigots. Because it was credited to hausa guys for rescuing her, the story now has "k-leg". My brother, why don't you face reality. I know there are wonderful Muslims out there in the world. I have gained a lot of assistance from Muslims. In fact, throughout my life, I have not had any bad experience with Muslims although I have had a lot of them from my Christian brothers. The problem is that when this things are pointed out, you guys will go to the Bible and justify it with similar teachings from the Bible. But think about the teachings of Jesus in the new Testament and compare it with the texts from the Koran. How can a holy book dedicate a lot of its text with hatred and oppression against another. Just note that these are also in the old testament. But do Christian societies take those texts word to word? No, simply because of the love that Jesus teaches in the New Testament.
I believe you are an educated person. On important thing is that as one that is enlightened, we all should accept the truth even when it is not in our favour. Noboby chooses a family or religion he is born into. I would have been a Muslim if I were born to muslim family in the north. Even as a Christian there are so many things I accept is really not so good in the modern world. An ardent Muslim that reads these texts from the Koran can easily be brainwashed that Christians and the West are against them.
