Anyone who still believes that that war was fought just to keep Nigeria 'one' is incredibly naïve and foolish. How can you claim that you fought the war to maintain a united Nigeria and yet sign the Yaounde Declaration in 1971, only a year after the war had ended, thereby practically handing over the rights to the Bakassi region to Cameroon?

I'm sympathetic to you, as I lost a lot of family members and the scars still mar my ancestral homes. I also agree we need a memorial.

That said I don't think he meant forget the Biafran war, afterall he evoked the memory of the event itself. I honestly interpreted it to mean we should forget about agitating for it and strive for a unified Nigeria.

Whether I agree with him or not is a different matter, but I won't say he's telling us to bury the memory of that horrific event, but instead use it to remind us why we need a unified Nigeria

I have no time to upload pictures for folks like who are wilfully ignorant. Google is ur best resource. 1: he didn't know what inclusive meant, implying that it wasn't not in his dictionary and wont implement inclusivity in his govt.
2: He said in all honesty he would not treat the regions that gave him 97% votes same with regions that gave him 5%, BTW, GMB isn't wittily evasive to speak in a contextual manner.
