I take 2 of my banks to task on twitter on a regular basis & like proactive business minded folks, they quickly take things to DM & make efforts to resolve and say "Thank you" thereafter.... it's akin to what Innoson's rep has done, like it's obtainable in saner climes.. So a man cannot complain again, if he is not getting good quality performance from an official car that was assigned to him, which is expected to help him carry out his functions? Who cares if the manufacturer is a local company, or a foreign one?
