Publicly, on a social media platform? Did he buy the car from twitter? How about simply giving the company a call to make the complaint clandestinely? Look at the way he passed his "subliminal" message, that's pure mockery of the product and the country at large. Why should a Ghanaian buy innoson SUV after reading that tweet from a Nigerian official?

Dude this is 2016 social media rules any organisation that doesn't have a social media presence today is not a serious one. FFS even Presidents have a social media account.

A Ghanaian would buy Innoson because chances are
1) Social media is the 1st place some would ever hear of the name
2) He/She knows that if there's a problem, they can reach out to Innoson via social media and get help.
