I personally don't like the logo or the name cos it sounds negative. People don't get attracted to negative things. If ur concept is to survive the long term, u might want to consider revising both

@op, there are many tools you can use to remove the Cerber3 completely, try this software "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" or "SpyHunter".

After total removal, you can then decrypt your files.

I have used Malwarebyte, Avast and Plumberbyte. They detected the virus and removed them, but can't decrypt the files. Getting my files back is the main problem now. The SpyHunter is great too, but it refused installing when I tried it some days ago.

Try this:

Using Windows Previous Versions option:
1. Right-click on infected file and choose
Properties.
2. Select Previous Versions tab.
3. Choose particular version of the file and click Copy .
4. To restore the selected file and replace the existing one, click on the Restore button.
5. In case there is no items in the list choose alternative method.

OR


Using Shadow Explorer:
1. Download Shadow Explorer program.
2. Run it and you will see screen listing of all the drives and the dates that shadow copy was created.
3. Select the drive and date that you want to restore from.
4. Right-click on a folder name and select
Export .
5. In case there is other dates in the list choose alternative method.

The ones I lost in my phone reappeared by itself, so I have gallantly backed evrytin up, but the ones in my laptop and my neighbor's laptop are still in progress. No solution yet. Anti-virus manufactures are still coding. I can't wait for them to find a solution. The problem is drawing me back. I'm still keeping hope alive.
