Sexual assault covers anything done sexually aganist someone without absolute conformity from that person. It doesn't necessarily have to be rape. A lot of weirdos especially in Britain have been arrested because of this. They mostly do it on moving trains or in train stations.

Its not as easy as you say bro. The case could go both ways as the man could claim victim that it was the woman that grinded her big yansh against his groin. Especially if she was putting on tight and/revealing dress.
