Not a bad thing to do really.. my headache is with thousands of idle nairalander youths who care not to read further than their street names..

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_carbon_dioxide_emissions_per_capita

Nigeria ranks 167 bottom with .5 emissions compared to the heavily industrialized nations who have refused to sign because they believe evidence presented for Green House Gas effect has been grossly falsified and over-exaggerated. but my dear Mallam Buhari with his minions will make a great jolof feast of this. but wetin I know.. let me retreat to my quarters and wait for mai gida to thrash it out over an intimate session

I think it's an agreement on climate change.

Of which Nigeria contributes an infinitesimally small amount to a widely debated phenomenon argued to be a global fraud

He should start implementing the protocol begining from Onitsha, Umuahia and Aba to redress their inclusion in the reported shaming of the top ten most polluted cities in the world where these three Nigerian cities were featured alongside Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

He should come up with a policy and most importantly an action plan to reduce the carbon emissions in those cities due to increasing heavy economic and commercial activities concentrated on densely populated areas.

Because those places don't have Governors or Local Government Chairmen?

You of all people should know better that agreements with Nigerian leaders are meant to be broken. Check it out, he is putting pen to paper to what he really understood and the next thing he touched down in Nigeria and "hey presto" he is adding another interpretation to the agreement. Remember Aburi accord signed and endorsed to by Gowon and what happened next dear?

Good photo shoot, this is like a MOU. Means nothing until the NASS pass a law to make it the law of the land.
