If u really read that article. U wont provide it as evidence.
because the article even clearly highlights the controversy surrounding the claim of it as "fact". And that the "fact" is the one of onserved minor changes, not the one of man evolving from anything.

But I wont argue with u further, because I know ur mind already.

The fact is even as controversial and disputed as the evolution theory is, it still a better alternative than believing a book thousands of years old, written by simple minded humans.

Look at what a "scientist", Hermann Joseph Muller said sad

When we say a thing is a fact, then, we only mean that its probability is an extremely high one: so high that we are not bothered by doubt about it and are ready to act accordingly. Now in this use of the term fact, the only proper one, evolution is a fact.
Since when did science begin to accept things as fact based on probabilities? The bigotry and myopic reasoning displayed in this quote from a "scientist" is startling.

Atheists are looking for relevance with science, agnostics and religions that profess no God. You should look up the word atheism and religion and then merge them together and see how much sense you make.
atheistic religions oo
nt atheism religion..
Theism cant be a religion..
The religions that profess ''no deity'' believe in the supernatural..thats why they are religions boss...
Just be a freethinker. I know you crave free thinking, but just try.
of course i am a freethinker

You say you are a scientist but you continue to show your ignorance. In science nothing is ever 100% certain, and I mean nothing. You might ask will the sun rise tomorrow and scientists will only give you a 99.9% chance of it rising. Because anything can happen. A black hole might just pop out of nowhere and consume the sun. So there's always a chance of the impossible happening. So Hermann Joseph is correct and you are simply ignorant. Go and sleep, maybe sleep depravation is what is causing this jargon you keep presenting.

Surely, it is 100% certain that the heart is the only organ that pumps blood in humans. It is 100% certain that man breathes in oxygen and breathes out CO2. It is 100% certain that Force = mass x acceleration. It is 100% certain that Sodium reacts with water to release hydrogen.

That's science. Not speculation. Predicting tomorrow is not science.

Story!

There is no such thing as atheist religions or irreligious atheist. Be a free thinker for once and stop listening to deluded individuals.

Lol maybe u should study Taoism, buddhism or confucianism first before u make that conclusion

Over 85% of avowed atheists who have found their way to power have tried all in their power to eradicate religion, we all know they make the catholic look like a learner when we compare the number of deaths.
This is funny because there are so many atheist politicians in Britain, China, Australia, Denmark, etc. And I don't see people killing religious people there today. Or by most do u mean only Stalin huh

I dont care on what personal convictions they killed millions of souls. Im certain you all have one thing in common. HATE.
Those who dont have this live their lives as though they really lack a belief.
This is hilarious. I have hatehuh most of my best friends are christinas, I even have a christian as a mentor. So now u know why am laughing at this part. Lol

Im sure if you got to power today with this delusion, you'll force feed people your version of hopelessness the way you do here on a daily basis. And then ifenes and co will reject you
You have zero idea of who I am. So how do u know thishuh Now u know why I don't take you serious.

Lol. You wonder why people will rather vote for a theist than an atheist?
Its funny you wish to deny the facts, history will always stand in your face. I referred to atheist leaders who have existed not mere politicians.
Joseph stalin is one leader out of many, I gave examples here.

Of course, you may be surrounded by christians. Im quite sure that you dare not try this obsession with a "non-existent" God around them. So they dont wonder what has come over their friend.
Do you try to rid your friends and mentor of their delusions like you cowardly do here?
I guess not.
In real life, no one cares about your lack of whatever. lol....

I know because of the way you refer to religion and religious individuals even when you're still a nobody.
If you had your way, religion would be eradicated. Your brothers here are of the same opinion.
And to acheive that, it would take a bloodbath.

I once opened a thread asking why animals do not worship God.
Small Question:

How exactly do you know this? How exactly do you know that Animals do not worship God?

~ Have you spoken with any animal who let you into this secret?

~ If Animals were to worship God, would you recognize their mode of doing so, when they do it?

~ Would you expect to see them in prayerful dispositions or setting up churches or temples or mosques?

I was actually attacked and mock for asking such kindergarten question.
As well you should.

Like this OP has written, without man , there are no gods.
Just as surely as without man, who would conceive of the bbig bbang? Surely, without man, it never occurred, no?

Man is the creator of god.
Just as Isaac Newton invented gravity, no?

Animals do not have an after death phobia.
Again, how exactly do you know this? What village meeting of Animals did you attend, where animal professors explained this to you?

Because, what is obvious is that they exhibit a fear of death and do everything possible to avoid dying.

Further - many animals also mourn their dead, and exhibit grief and befuddlement at the phenomenon of losing a family member. Why do you think this is so? Have you ever been a bereavement counselor to any animal whereof such an animal patient of yours informed you that it had no phobia about the after life?

Animals do not need insurance policies Redeemable after death.
Who told you this? Why do you think animals show extreme concern about their next generation - going so far as to murder the young of possible competing genes in some cases (such as lions). Behavior which may very well suggest clear interest in the status of the gene pool, not just while they are alive but after they are dead?

Animals don't have a desire to live forever.
Then why do they avoid death?

My friend, it seems to me you have made gross assumptions here - very akin to the type of assumptions you accuse theists of making!

Correction Sir.
There are no controversies and disputes about the theory of evolution.

About more than 90℅ of scientists accept the theory of evolution.

The thory of evolution has not had one single refutation in over 150 yrs of its acceptance.

Modern discoveries in genetics have basically cemented every important aspect of the theory.

Only religion infused minds have a problem with the theory of evolution. And their objections fall very very far from being scientific objections.

My dear friend,
You wasted quite a lot of space here without making a tangible point.

Rather than merely asking me ' how do you know that' , it would have made much sense for you to have made a case for the opposite .

For centuries, we have been studying and observing animal behaviors and behavior patterns.
In fact , there are academic and professional disciplines completely devoted to the study of animal behavior.
In case this is news to you, I suggest you visit your nearest library, or better still, even a cattle rearer or chicken farmer.
Daahhhh!! undecided

Animals do not show any behavior patterns that remotely resemble worship or acknowledgement of deities.
That's a fact.

They also do not show anxieties about an after life, talkless of buying insurance policies for such, as you do.
That's another fact.

Now, if you think otherwise, kindly present your facts , and stop weaving these tangled noodles of words you're very fond of. undecided

Many times, to be honest with you, I am sincerely forced to believe that you either do not read what is written, or you gloss over it, or you simply super-impose your own previously held notions onto it. I actually gave you point to think on, regarding what you said - and I referred to specific patterns of animal behavior to rebut what you said.

Whilst I will respond again to this post - please note that your reference to the scientific study of animal behavior (which I am a great fan of) does not in anyway support your points. If anything, much study into animal behavior raises questions the answers to which may likely hold you against your assumptions.

I did.

And even where I didn't the case remains true that he who asserts must prove. I can see no proof for your broad and sweeping statements regarding animals.

For centuries, we have been studying and observing animal behaviors and behavior patterns.

This is no news to me my friend: the study of the animal world is one of my deepest interests and always has been.

The animal world is far deeper and more fascinating than you obviously think.

If you were aware of the above, you would not draw my attention to this: nor would you underestimate the "spirituality" of animals.

Animals do not show any behavior patterns that remotely resemble worship or acknowledgement of deities.
That's a fact.
How do you know this? Animals do not speak human language. As such, I do not know how you expect their actions to mirror human actions in all respects. There are many things that humans do, which animals also do but simply in a very different way.

Even humans have varying understandings of the term "worship". For many people it may be something formal such as with activities within a religious group. For others, living life to the fullest and fulfilling your place in nature is worship of the Creator. How you know for a fact that animals do not have an instinctive urge or sub conscious grasp of this, beats me.

Animals have many instinctive urges which are hard to explain but which are pre-programmed into their psyche by the Creator(s). How you suddenly have an omniscient knowledge of all of these instincts to such an extent that you are able to make a positive declaration about deities as far as animals are concerned, I really do not know.

Are you able to read all the thoughts of all animals. Or do you suppose that they do not have thoughts? Tell me this, honestly, I would be intrigued.

Humans worship many things as deities: including fellow humans - and heck even worship some animals as deities as well, and even stumps of wood to boot.

How you can say that animals do not, for example, show the same kind of worship to their human owners in many cases, only perhaps shows me that you are not familiar with the behavior of many animals, particularly domesticated animals. For your pet, you are a god, and it accords you worship in many ways.

They also do not show anxieties about an after life, talkless of buying insurance policies for such, as you do.
That's another fact.
This is false, I pointed out to you how they attempt to protect the gene pool. Once again you comically expect the animal to stroll into an Insurance office and ask for a Life Insurance Policy, don't you? You are funny.

Attempting to do everything to protect the gene pool and the life of its young is it effort at life insurance. Taking on protective mates is another.

Now, if you think otherwise, kindly present your facts , and stop weaving these tangled noodles of words you're very fond of. undecided
I have done so. It is you who has made wild assumptions and presented nothing.

You merely offered anecdotes.
For example, how does the fact that few animals like elephants and apes exhibit grief upon the death of their kind show or indicate that they habor anxieties about the AFTER-LIFE? huh
How did you make such a huge leap ?
Do you See why I completely ignored that point ?

Secondly, how does the fact that all animals ensure the survival of their genes through mating and protection of their offspring indicate to you that each individual animal looks forward to eternal life in the same way that you do?

@Depardo.

I cannot rebut your points one by one in a because I am using my smart phone.

You stated or insinuated that I neither speak nor understand animal language, therefore, I should not able to say what they do or are capable of doing.

My response to that is simple.

The much that we know about animal behavior, how did we get to know ? huh
Did we have to have town hall meetings with them in Order to be able to catalogue( in most cases with mathematical precision) their behavioral patterns?

By your twisted logic, every thing we know about animals behavior Should be null and void simply because we have never had a successful Town Hall meetings with animals.

I am sure you know very well that this is not what I am saying.

I am talking about knowing the inner thoughts of animals on such a largely impenetrable matter as this.

Studying animal behavior on diet, or se.x and reproduction or some other easily observable thing is a far different proposition than attempting to state positively how an animal views the universe, and stating on its behalf its unspoken thoughts on such a matter.
