This was a fire outbreak caused by a tanker driver yesterday along Calabar Itu xpress highway at Obong junction about 7:65pm ,killed 6 men and 1 in d hospital, in ITU L.G.A of Akwa Ibom state. the tanker came from Ekim junction going to UYO main town with full load of petrol ,He mistakenly glam up the pervimen ,and turn and hit the keke then fire break out, it killed the keke driver called Kasirla also.

Yesterday, I had an accident and how I survived it unhurt is what God alone can explain.

The tankers have insurance but the people that died don't have. It's high time insurance covers those invovle and not just the tankers alone. The owners will get back the truck and product.
