Have been having this issue on my tecno phantom z mini.... Anytime I put on my wifi & Bluetooth the phone starts to hang & sometimes go blank, pls can anyone suggest a fix......thx in advance

You probably need to free up your RAM by deleting apps you no longer use.

I sold my Phantom z because same problem. I did everything, including flashing. I posted it here, at hovatech and different Tecno fora. The truth is, no solution to that issue. The earlier you know the better.

Oh Really Sorry OP. , Are you in Lagos?? Visit any calcare location around you and this would be handled.

Are you sure you didn't try to tweak the phone with unauthorized settings?

Are the repairs still for free?

i didnt do any unauthorized settings, the problem has just been there and i havent found fix for it, but if i can find someone with the same fone & i will find a fix too
