I have never met Asiwaju personally but I have seen him a couple of times in my dream. this shows my love and yearning for him. I can comfortably say I belong to his school of thought and I put him in the class of great leaders like obafemi awolowo. Though some people may hate him or like him but you can hardly ignore him. And I am proud to be associated with him even when I have only seem in from physically from a distance.

so because he won a primary and defeated tinubu candidate ,he is messing up,abi?

He never won, Abraham can't go to court to stop him, an evidence of delegates list tempered with is a point.

Tinubu/Abraham court can settle this, never too late to seek justice.

The first law of the Association of ProgreTHIEF Criminals, APC is that you must never go against the will of Ogbeni Ojuyobo.
Otherwise you are cooked.
How do you think he was able to put the entire Lagos and sout west plus Edo in his pocket, while the citizens were looking on like some random Lookman/Luke who is high on Lucozade

Another difference is that our leaders do not invest in our education massively.
The only notable exception to this being Awolowo who transformed the Western region in six short years (1954-1960) from a poor, uneducated bunch of people to enlightened folks.

Exactly!
And that's the prob we're facing....na so they go hail that man..enter him grave. they don't know the people their dealing with.

When i told them last year that buhari will be edging out tinubu..this same people making noise here..shouted that it can't happen and that they're best of friends... am jealous...blah blah blah..today e don happen..d shout now be. say him na most powerful politician for naija..
See as them they use their mouth. To bury tinubu's political career.

Tomorrow when they've succeeded in killing his career..they will blame hausa/fulani for betrayal.

They hail abiola more than this o..only to desert him when he needed them most..now is tinubu.

Winning the primary is not the same as winning the main contest . Can Aketi win the election on his own? we all have our disagreements but its better not to burn the bridge of friendship because you think you have crossed to the other side .

Aside the petition written by the other aspirants I can recollect any of them going to the press to attack him but Aketi is the one abusing everyone upandan over a rigged primary election.
When he won the primaries in 2012 with Tinubu's support, did he win the main elections? Isn't it ironical that a tribe which arrogates itself as the most sophisticated hold the opinion of one man as the voice of the whole region? If you are a politician, this is my advice: Be like
Tinubu, the Jagaban.

1. Prof Yemi Osinbajo, SAN was Tinubu's
Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
He is today, Nigeria's Vice President.
2. Rauf Aregbesola was Tinubu's Commissioner
for Works. Today he is serving his second tenure
as Governor of Osun State.
3. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN was Tinubu's
Chief of Staff and successor in office. He is today
Nigeria's Minister of Power, Works and
Housing.
4. Alhaji Lai Mohammed was Tinubu's
first Chief of Staff. He is today, Nigeria's Minister
of Information.
5. Babatunde Fowler was appointed by Tinubu as
Chairman of the Lagos State Internal Revenue
Service. Today, he is the Executive Chairman of
the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
At the National Assembly, there are countless
"Tinubu boys" who have occupied and are still
occupying seats till today. Since 1999, the Tinubu
camp has produced almost 98% of the members
of the National Assembly from Lagos State.
Forget politics, this man is a political
enigma.Rewind to 1999, I am sure most of us
have forgotten the names of the People who were
elected Governors then. Some of them have gone
out of circulation. Some are gasping for breath
politically. Indeed, most of them are no longer
relevant today.Who still remembers Mbadinuju of
Anambra State, Jolly Nyame of Taraba,
Mohammed Lawal of Kwara, Segun Osoba of
Ogun, Attahiru Bafarawa of Sokoto, Achike
Udenwa of Imo, Victor Attah of Akwa Ibom, Orji
Uzor Kalu of Abia? That one has lost two
consecutive senatorial elections.But Tinubu has
not only managed to remain extremely relevant,
he has continued to control Lagos politics 100%.
Not only that, he manages to carry his boys
along and today they occupy critical positions in
our national life.
Take it or leave it, Tinubu is today, Nigeria's
most powerful politician. It didn't just happen by
chance. He worked very hard for it. Very very
hard. The hallmark of a true leader is not just the
ability to rule well but also the ability to nurture
and groom his associates.The JAGABAN!!!

They don't learn from history bro...
Awolowo was used by the north to put down the only
people that could challenge the north. Awo thought
they would reward him handsomely; they dealt with
him.
MKO Abiola was used by the north to deal Awo his
last political blow that sent him on his journey to
after life. MKO was promised heaven and earth by
the north; they stripped him, smelt his rump and
killed him.
Tinubu was used by the north to put down an
emerging power block that was already changing the
political equation that has been in favour of the
north. They promised him to be figure heads, while
he will be 'National Leader'. They are dealing with
him now.
Enter Fashola the new poster boy of the north. They
will use him to deal with Tinubu and promise him
power and influence. When he begins to grow, they
will deal with him too...
Ndi ofe will never learn. "

Every single battle tinubu has fought since buhari came into power he has lost,
He lost to saraki,he lost to dogara,he lost the ministerial slots battle against fayemi and fashola ,and now he has lost to akeredolu . All these proves the point that the atiku faction is gaining more upper hand within the apc. There will soon be a cabinet reshuffle and anyone deemed to be loyal to tinubu maybe weeded out.

Benjamin Adekunle took his hatred for Igbos to another level during the civil war when he went about shooting women and children at the outskirts of Biafra while the hausa/fulani were watching. After using him, they disgraced him out of the army without any benefits such that he was looking for small contracts to feed himself before he died. At some point, his son was begging for donations to be made to take him to just Ghana for treatment. We are not even talking of taking him to the USA, Germany or UK oo, just to ordinary Ghana that we can trek into he could not afford it.
Obafemi Awolowo was also used by the hausa/fulani to wage the war against Igbos were he suggested that Biafran children by starved which lead to the death of so many. Awolowo was hoping that the hausa/fulani would compensate him by supporting him to become president but it only turned out he had been used and dumped. The northerners threw all their support behind their son Shagari and Awolowo was never president. As though this was not enough, Babangida was about to arrest Awolowo(which would have been the second time the northerners would be arresting him if it had happened) and to avoid this disgrace, Awolowo had to commit suicide by drinking poison(I think Ratak).
Abiola the yoruba aere onakankanfo thought that he had the north all behind him only for them to cancel his electoral victory and throw him in prison. The hausa/fulani still went ahead to serve him a very special tea which he drank and died. They went a step further by dispatching his wife Kudirat to join him in eternity.
This brings us down to Bola Ahmed Tinubu aka BAT- jagajaga borgu. Like FFK said, Buhari is the spirit clearly behind Tinubu's woes. The hausa/fulani are out to destroy Tinubu and reduce him to one of those agberos running around Lagos shouting 'owomida' at the top of their voices. Again, another yoruba leader has been used and is being dumped.
I keep wondering why yorubas continue to mistake treachery for sophistication and cowardice for wisdom.

first of all i do not know why people are making noise,Tinubu is the cause of his problem, like they say power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely. Tinubu was the one who broke the agreement when he attempted to go after Kogi state, did he forget that he shouldn't have crossed into the north?he became power drunk thus people in the north do not trust him any more,i keep hearing tinubu has been sidelines for God sake how do you tell me that the man who picked the vice President plus some ministers can be side line,i think Tinubu want to become a God father of some sort for the hole Nigeria but he is about to learn that in Nigeria every region has its on power block because you have become a leading light in the south west doesn't mean you would be accepted in the north,he rather should have turned his eyes to the south south and south east rather than the north, and to be fair i doubt he can take control of either the south south or the south east

tinubu is not as important as he himself made himself to believe and as sycophants around him made him to believe.obviously he himself does not realise empires and emperors eventuallys falls either to rise again or remain in the historical past.

if tinubu is wise,as a muslim, let him leave politics for now and continues life as a muslim cleric.

his penchant for greed, for unbridled acquisitions and being godfather of all is bound to fueled hatred and opposition.

if he openly moved against buhari,he may come to ruins.

except for prayers capable of transforming his vp nominee into ceo of nigeria,i do not see any further option for tinubu's ascendancy.

I really don't like quoting someone on nairaland because alot want to proove they know when actually they know nothing,i am only intresed on the bolded below.

Chief Emeka Ojukwu respected Chief Awolowo till death,Awolowo never ordered the cut of food supply to Biafra for no reasons,he did that when it was necessary to do so.I was within occurence courtesy of my late dad that fought Biafra and incidentally we were at Ore then, the biafran soldiers waged a deadly attack on nigeria solders in ore and that was why the stop of food supply to biafra stopped.By the ways, why was biafran soldiers marching from benin, ore enroute to lagos?is south west part of Biafra territory?enough of all this rubbish talk of betrayals, if indeed the biafran seccessionists concentrated their effort within their region, they would have succeeded but they choose to toy on other region sovereingty and enslave them because they thinks they are cowards, hence the technical knock out plan of cutting the food supply.

Is stealing, lying, breaking community/societal rules and dictates subjective to the society? Is broad daylight embezzlement/financial misappropriation the order of the day and an acceptable activity in any society regardless of its cultures?

So, when serial killers murder other people, it is acceptable because they feel it is right? So, when people are deprived of their fair wages, it is normal -and I don't mean in the "what can we do" way. I mean in the "that's okay, it's acceptable" way?

Point to one society where this applies.

Since morals are relative, it means that if I deprive you of fair wages after you've done a good job, because feel I'm right, that would be acceptable? If I come into your home and rape your wife/your sister in front of you because I can and have no compunctions about it, you would talk about moral relativity and try to understand my perspective?

If I come to your place of business, hire your services or pick up a few items and walk away because I feel I'm justified, that's alright? Where in the world is this common practice? Please educate me.

When many people talk about morally relative practices, their arguments and examples typically come from a sexual standpoint -please don't bring this up as I'm familiar with sexual practices in parts of Polynesia. It's not relevant to this discourse (we're not talking about sexual defilement/affairs and its relative acceptance or the lack of it in some societies).

I maintain that there are universal principles of fairness, justice, and equity; all of which are tied to morality. These are non-debatable. So, when someone brings up the argument of morally abominable acts not being wrong, I just call bullshyte grin.

AZeD1:

This is not true. Morals are relative and are subject to individual/ cultures.

What a political balderdash ? What's the contribution of Tinubu to the lives of the people of Ondo state. All they care about is enlarging or brooding their political coasts & horizons. Leave the people of Ondo state alone to decide who they want. On Aketi's Victory we stand. We could either win or lose together.
