Oyegun is NOT great. He is less than average.

BTw he has no significant achievement as Governor

Although am not Oyegun or Tinubu Fans but i well not lyk us to be sentimental in analysisin issue. Pls Mr man who also epp him to became fedral permanent secretary?

In the tribalistic politics of Nigeria today, a minority person is only given a high position if someone from a larger ethnic group believes he can be used to do his bidding. They capitalise on the minority not having a large political base or a sympathetic media, controlled invariably by majority.

When the minority person does not become their total stooge, they turn against him ferociously.

Like OBJ did to GEJ and Tinubu now to Oyegun.

But at the end only selfish interest wins, Nigerians are worse off for it.

He is a former Federal permanent secretary at a very young age!

He still went on to become the Governor of Edo state at a young age too!

He became the Chairman of an opposition political party that defeated a ruling party at the presidential polls!
