We are all feeling the heat from this update, all platforms runs regular update including nairaland forum and Mr Alabi is very much aware of his competitors thats why he took his time responding to complains and i believe he is trying to fix them.
No one would love to lose customers but that doesnt mean ppl should start throwing insults because they want to make a point.

U don't just understand people's point of view ..the new upgrade can only work in an area where the network is fast ..most guys in here who play with 100,200, are the best Alabi customers.
