The message she sent says "I can never cheat on you no matter what"... I dont know if you guys had a talk about that before..but if you didn't then she's trying to deflect or misdirect your attention from the fact that she is cheating. It's an amateur lie.
She may be trying to get ahead of the situation by telling you that she won't cheat on you even if she may be doing so. But like I said, you need evidence of the fact (if she is).

About 80% of the time, when ur partner accuses you of cheating without evidence, it's usually because they are doing so and they're trying to deflect the guilt by accusing you. So if she has randomly accused you of cheating, she probably is and is trying to justify her reason for cheating.
I'll advice that you pay her more attention...and when next you have sex, do it like you'll go to the jail the next day...take enhancement pills if necessary. Make her see stars and clouds.
She'll think twice about whatever she's doing.
