Chukzyfcb:Zenith bank is very unserious as for me, they are just frustrating my bid, my last bid was 18.3% I went there as early a 8:12 am on Tuesday bidded @ 18.2%, Yet one unserious account officer called me later in the day that they collated d request last week Friday how unserious they are. Imagine there customer care agent never said anything in the morning @ 8 am. They just wasted my bidding and time. I regret banking with them. I think they should do more training for the customer care agent. Same thing happened last bidding. Just wasting my effort. @ chukzyfcb do different branch of zenith bank having different closing time for bidding? |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Chukzyfcb(m): 7:01am On Oct 06, 2016 |
