Low sperm count doesn't mean that he can't father a child. There are other factors to consider, motility rate, and the environment of the vagina.

There is every possibility that he can get you pregnant through sexual intercourse.

Again, both of you can explore the option of in vitro fertilisation, though it maybe expensive but it works.

Look for wellman conception and maca root extract..let him take it for three months prior to coitus. He shouldn't have sex / ejaculate during the period. Then go for a sperm count test again.
