covex:Dial 622 to report any telecommunication company that deducts your money illegally through dial tunes, SMS etc or arbitrarily without your consent. Place the call whenever you need to, it's toll free. |

The last they deducted my #300, I had a chat with them on whatsapp threatening to port and within 5 minutes, it was reversed.. Take that route whether it'll work for u 1 Like |

I felt I needed to come back and tell everyone what later happened. So after 5 days of calling both 180 and 622, along with conversing with an agent on mtn facebook page, my credit was refunded after a lot of investigation.Except your credit was deducted for no just reason, it is a waste of time calling 180 and NCC. Instead, go to MTN's public page on either facebook or twitter and lay your complaint. They hate public embarrassment so they'll attend to you quickly. Thank you all for your suggestions. |
