Our network providers are indeed out to get us. How else can one describe this daylight robbery. MTN blocked me from browsing using my Opera Mini with data saver on. They want me to disable my data saver on the Opera mini browser before I can browse. So far I have been able to save about 6 Gigs with my data saver on.

I could use the app only when I complied with this directive. Is this right? Isn't this exploitation considering the fact I bought the data legitimately?

well its not mtn, I use airtel and I do experience the same thing. whenever you receive that warning again just close the page entirely and re-open it.
that's how I've been dealing with mine and it works.

This is very true. It's MTN Abracafa. Even happened in my night sub trying to use vidmate. I had to background data saver to browse.

MTN is both criminal and fraudulent organisation. Their IT personnel are disasters to Nigerian consumer.

The NCC is virtually useless and really corrupt.

The problem is from opera mini. I followed becksdinho's instruction and it's working well now.

What evidence did you provide that MTN was the culprit before you started lying?

You posted a screenshot that showed a problem with an app then stuck your finger up your arse, smelt it then decided that MTN was the cause.

I experienced same yesterday. I deleted the app and downloaded another. Thieves everywhere

MTN is wack, imagine the amount of data my Opera mini is consuming these past few days is alarming,why in the world would they do this nonsense,they should be mindful that not all their customers were fortunate and privy to the free mega data bonanza that happened recently,so don't punish us all corporate oppressors.
