Jumaii:Usually when you go off family planning contraceptives,it will take some time for your normal cycle to return. Also depending on what method you are using, there are some side effects like weight gain, slight increase in blood pressure and discomforts/mild pain in the body. I hope I answered your question. |

Jumaii:Usually, when you visit a family planning clinic, they will ask you some questions. *Age *Weight *History of health issues *Family history of health issues *How many kids you have *Long term goals e.g do you still want more kids, the years in-between etc All these help to determine which is best for you. |

Jumaii, just have fun for now. Don't put pressure on yourself and start asking "will he love my child, is this the one?". Just go on dates but try not to end up in bed, so you don't mentally wake up one day, on a bad day and think you're a slut. Because it is very easy to blame yourself for a lot of things. If this guy ends up being the one, great! If not, you had fun and to feel like a woman and not just a mum. kk? ![]() |
