(1) Fund education and research, and make available student loans. Continual examination of Teachers and lecturers regularly to conform with world standard.

(2) Make jobs available

(3) Provide infrastructures: Good roads, constant electricity, regular distribution of water e.t.c

(4) Reduce the salary and allowances of government officials from federal to state.

(5) Educate police and pay their salaries on time.

(6) Make sure multi-National company pays tax, so that money can be available to government, and they can loot out of that if they want.
