I do believe not every politician or government official likes handing out his bag for a subordinate to carry.
However, as black people, yansh licking is in our blood. Even if those officials refuse, most folks will insist on carrying it on their behalf.

I have the feeling that could be what happened in the pictures. After greeting her, that humongous female airport official seemed to go for her bag, and madam was like, "don't worry about it"
