DNA test is usually carried out to determine who the actual parent are to a child/adult. Whenever there is contention or suspicion due to varying reasons, this test is mostly d last resort to determine the paternity of a child.That said, a recent program aired on 'Nigeria Info' about Federal governments intention of passing a sort of bill into law for a National DNA test had lots of mixed reactns: Most callers especially women were against this.
