Jesus told us "I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me". The end. You can believe Jesus existed and he was a prophet and all that, but believing that he's the son of God, and confessing it with your mouth is the only thing that makes you a Christian, and for us, that's the biggest step, the most important step, to making heaven.

So in the process of translation there are things people translate in thier own language according to thier own understanding. Secondly the bible was not written by jesus himself, it was based on eye witness stories and jottings and if you're a student you'll understand the jotting part wella. Let me tell you of something you dont know.... We muslims use arabic as the universal language because it is the language that the Quran was revealed in.... The Emir do not have to accept Jesus as his personal savior to believe in his message. Jesus did not tell anybody to accept him as a personal saviour!!. Paul who was probably a false prophet originated that notion. Jesus himself said " Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life". John 5:24.

According to Jesus, his message was more important than himself. In fact, he told his mother so at Luke 8:21.

Judea, Jerusalem and the environ was under occupation by Rome during Jesus's days. Jesus was speaking up against oppression like Nelson Mandela under apatheid, like Martin Luther King against racism, like Gani Fawehinmi under Abacha. Of course, all these people always ended up in jail on trump up charges or died fighting their cause.

Jesus was killed on trump up charges like Ken Sarowiwa under Abacha. In fact, the closest death like that of Christ in Nigeria is the hanging of Ken Sarowiwa. But, you don't have to accept Gani or Sarowiwa as a personal saviour. Whats important is you understand their message which was a righteous cause.

If you are looking for any saviour, the only person you can count on as a saviour is Lord Kwame Nkrumah. Nkrumah indeed set you free from slavery like Jesus and Ken Sarowiwa tried doing unsuccessfully for their people. Ironically, Jesus became a saviour and his message spread after his death.

Who wrote it, and how was it gathered into a book and published? What was its original written down language, what languages do modern translations base their work on, and who translated the original translations? The era of 'the bible says this...' and 'the bible says that...' is gone. Establish the validity of your evidence BEFORE quoting it as evidence.

Adam was a son of God. All godly person is a son of God. You're also son of God.

It's pretty much interesting how you think you understand the Scriptures. Adam was God's first human creation but would you say he was led by the Spirit to disobey?

More so, the adoption of Sonship in Christianity was never exhibited in the Old Testament despite the fact that Christ was fully around at the time, just as the Holy Spirit. This came in the New Testament after Christ had ascended and the Holy Spirit came. Adam didn't need to cry Abba Father because God wasn't dealing with Him as a Son at the time but as a creator.
