this portion completely watered down Reuben's letter
Those prayer and spiritual cleansing were to suppress the evil forces, just imagine GEJ was growing older faster than his age while in Aso rock because of sleeplessness, story had it that the man has to get drunk to be able to sleep, I know a friend who is facing same problem from his demonic wife and except. He drinks 2 Goldberg he can not sleep,

Re: Reuben Abati’s Ghost Stories- Igboeli Arinze by Nzobodo:
Igboeli Arinze, please you are absolutely wrong in your expressions about Reuben Abati's stories. For your clear understanding, ghosts exist everywhere because they are supernatural beings. Aso Rock is not an exemption. It should even be worst there. Reuben had lived there so he can tell better stories. I respect Reuben for his courage in interpreting the nightmares about Aso Rock. Another thing you must know is that the ghosts have been existing there even before the Aso Rock was built. You can't chase them away because they are supernatural beings that have been existing before our Ancestors were born. There are so many kinds of ghosts. There are those created by God as spirits just like the way human beings were created by God. The spirits of the dead are amongst the ghosts. For anyone to experience ghosts in Aso Rock, it is absolutely the truth and there is no single doubt about it. This is not something new to a man. Ghosts exist everywhere. Ghosts will exist until the end of the world. Since God had created the human beings and supernatural beings altogether, we should be thankful to God for making us humans. Remember that we are not fighting against flesh and blood, rather we are fighting against principalities and powers. Pray without ceasing. Nobody can question God Almighty. In God we trust.

Foolish write up. Abati dont need to justify GEJ's govt as a better govt. Buhari has been on self destruct mode since May 2015 and that's enough testimonial
Yep right from that their infamous burgled plagiarized move of copying an already given speech to their plagiarism of GEJ's budget to TSA, grazing bill and then to present other rooms saga. The man is obviously on self destruct mode. He has single handedly demystified himself and made rubbish of his war on corruption his only strong point during campaign. When he explodes Nigerians will be there to burry what is left.

I stand with Abiati its shows why they weren't desperate to remain in Aso rock and quietly handed over, saving lives(i was a servin corper in JIgawa state at the time of the election believe me or not if Jonathan had won a lot of us would have been killed),phisically Jonathan looks better these day.

Once my mum asked us to pray for and not abuse our then governor(Amaechi) because he is a victim of many spiritual attacks from colleagues, government house staffs, contract seekers, party members (men and women), opposition, favour seekers even expatriates. Imagine wat they wud have fashioned against Jona

Anyone who doesn't believe that fire outbreaks can be caused spiritually (jazz) isn't nigerian.

Why is it so hard to believe that charms can be sneaked into the villa?

Abati his right though, a family friend testified to all that he said, but that's no excuse for the last administration woeful performance
They made you believe that it was woeful, and also made you believe that you were suffering. So what do you call the present economic situation of the country with no clear plans out if it, except lies upon lies.

This Igboeli Arinze is silly. People always want to boast and beliitle others when they lack experience.

I once had a colleague who was always afraid of going to his house unless he had a visitor who would sleep over with him. And he would always run his Gen TDB. I kept wondering why because whenever he took us there in daytime, it was such a beautiful apartment, spacious with alot of flowers and parking space.

To cut it short, i later lived in thesame apartment when he moved out without staying his rent through.

Myself packed out without staying my rent through.

My family member who visited shouted after sleeping over for one night.

Me sef no get fear but..

Hmmm

After reading Abati's write up / exposé my esteem for him sky rocketed. I understand the courage it takes to defy all known norms and principles to write about such experience. Something he without doubt would have expected to be ridiculed.

I recall reading that Pres. Buhari refused to move into Aso Rock for weeks after his swearing-in for spiritual cleansing to be carried out.

Whether atheist or theist, if you do not believe that there is evil in this world, then you are the biggest fool that ever 'liveth'.

My university professor once told me that the reason Africans are backwards is that we use our witchcraft solely for evil. While elsewhere, you here of good witches fighting against evil witches; and secret cults / occults whose purpose is to uplift their nation, be it freemason or illuminati or et al.
But in Nigeria we have Ogbanjè, Ogbonî et al whose purpose is to... you guessed it.

If you like historical facts mixed with fiction, read Dan browns works and see how great nations laid the foundations for their greatness.
While in Nigeria we buried corpses and curses to ensure our damnation.

Hmmm.
I rest my case sad

Believe me, Aso Rock needs cleansing. It has housed powerful Nigerian men whose quest for power is insatiable and can go to any length to keep it.
Did they keep it despite all their man-made demons?
Definitely not!
So no need to look for demons to excuse failure, incompetence, inaction and wrong actions.
Any real man or woman accepts responsibility for his or her mistakes instead of shifting the blame to someone or SOMETHING else.

@Arinze.
I have being following politics in Nigeria for long, I can not doubt Mr Abati for once because this is not the first time I heard about dark forces in Aso Rock.
I am not a supporter of GEJ administration but the fact remains Mr. Abati has said all Aso Rock need total sanctification. from president Abasa to Obasanjo's wife, to president yar'Asia of his blessed memory.
GEJ wife escape death after so many surgery. look at what is happening with our current administration outside Aso Rock they made some promises after coming in they found a different environment .

If indeed there are spirits in Aso Rock and it's highly possible couldn't it be spirits from the shrines and cults politicians visits to conduct rituals (especially human rituals) for purpose of winning elections?
What about the angry spirits of innocent Nigerians who died prematurely in preventable circumstances due to the failure of same politicians to develop infrastructure that will life meaningful for all?
Abati is making excuses without telling us how and or who those spirit got there. Is he ignorant of the extent to which the politicians go to secure election victory?

if u believe abati ghost story and now exonerate Gej from any wrong doing; pls help us caution d S/S & S/E pple to stop blaming PMB for anything, that goes wrong in d country. Afterall,we now know that evil-spirits inside Aso-Rock were d cause of terrible policies from our past and present presidents. Atleast,we've not been told that those spirit have been ejected.

Abati went there and he is telling us what he observed. Until you get to Aso Rock as one of the occupants, don't think yet that Abati was wrong; or until his claims are refuted by the present occupants. But for now Abati could be right.

Even common little ants builds sophisticated subterranean cities with labyrinth highways, parts, gardens and nurseries that keeps their genealogies going efficiently. And the ones that calls themselves human beings can't even clean their rowdy streets, talk less of keeping the light on or clean running water.

A people that will rather blame demons and witches for their moral decadence and subhuman state mind. A mind that can not think and make ways for itself.
