This is an Abeking and Rasmussen craft, same as NNS Brass and Yola. However, i am referring to this as a new build because everything in this boat has been changed by the Nigerian navy, even the haul has been slightly redesigned. I see no reason to classify her by her former title. In my opinion, this vessel is now an Andoni class boat.

Half their REVA APCs aren't running because they've not been maintained. Ditto their air wing. If past experience is any guide, same thing likely with their navy.

Hope Oshkosh learned all the right lessons with the LATV which won the US JLTV contract to replace the Humvee. Though it wouldn't be so difficult to improve on the Humvee.

It's more about the politics than anything else. Those who mostly buy the M-ATV are mostly US allies, so it's the "let's buy American, they will protect us from Iran" kind of mindset.

So it's about kickbacks than actually needing the gear which would explain why this purchase was largely unknown to many. They're probably laughing all the way to the closest Chinese bank right now.

Hehehe, tracking IP for area verification is so 1990s. Unless you're using Chrome or those front door browsers then you can be tracked (if you're not trying to hide).
