I can't afford to do a factory reset cos of data files. It goes as high as 48-50 degree Celsius

Tell me y I won't buy xiaomi again and over again? My phone fell down last week, I mean, it fell down to the extent that d side was opened, maybe even bent. D screen is out of it cos if fell on a rough surface but u know what?, my phone is still working perfectly I mean PERFECTLY... That's what I call quality... I can't imagine tecno infinix or Samsung phone fall like this... It won't work again I'm very sure, u might even end up buying another but in my own xiaomi case, I just need the screen to beautify the phone completely

Kudos to xiaomi.. This happening just made me love the product, even though I'm not a fan of buying a manufacturer products twice, I think it will change now

Unfortunately you will have to update your miui to the latest version and do a factory reset. Factory reset is non-negotiable to be honest.

That is Xiaomi for you. They only care about releasing phones every 6 months without a stable OS to accompany it. Poor ram management. The new features they release always have a negative effect on the battery life. This battery drain issue has been there since miui 7. It makes one wonder the number of developers they have.
