Four cows have been arrested by the newly
inaugurated Ekiti Grazing Enforcement Marshal
(EGEM).
This development was made known by the
Special Assistant to the Ekiti State Governor on
public communication and new media, Lere
Olayinka.
In a facebook post, he wrote; “Four cows arrested
today by the Ekiti Grazing Enforcement Marshal
(EGEM). One of the COWS died and it has been
converted to stomach infrastructure as directed by
Governor Fayose.”
Governor Fayose had yesterday inaugurated the
EGEM for the enforcement of the Grazing bill
recently passed into law by the Ekiti State House
of Assembly. This, the governor stressed was
necessary, as activities of herdsmen needed to

There is nothing contradictory in my position. I don't know why you didn't see anything wrong in the marshalls confiscating fulani cattle and eating them without recourse to the courts and you think that it is not an invitation to violence.
