Bad boss, no growth and automation

So many Nigerians are operating under what the United Nations Labour Organization called " WORKING POVERTY"

Now the question is what is WORKING POVERTY? Is a condition where an employee is earning less of what can take him through the month. Imagine when u collect your salary at d end of d month and before the 1st week of a new month u are back to square one, u start to borrow money to go to work, d worst part is you will not even have money for anything.

So many of us would wake up by 5am for work and come back so late at night, only to catch a 4hours sleep and this same circle continues every day.

Can u beat your chest and say u are not under d working poverty group?? This recession stuff is not even helping matters, commodities is on d rise while your salary is stagnant, immovable, static and stinking.
God help us.

A bad boss, when I am working like an Elephant and eating like an ant, when my hard work is not being appreciated

the reason why I dropped my resignation notice last week.

I just resigned last month due to the following reasons:
1.Bad boss
2.Queries every time, of which its not my fault
3.Routine job for the past 13 yrs
4.No opportunity for personal development
5.Low pay I earn 60k per month, I believe I can make more than that personally
6.the desire to be independent was just high in me.
7.Insourbodinate junior staff, reporting me always to the boss...(she seeking to be promoted to my office)
8.Inability to use my initiative on the job but what the mgt says

This and more other reasons promoted my decision to resign my job ...... the resignation notice will elapse by Nov 28th 2016, boy now my boss is begging me to write a withdrawal letter. to withdraw back the resignation notice....he is mounting pressure on me to do this......am at a dilemma now....don't know that to do now! but its like my mind is made up!...I need new experience...am in my mid 40s married with 2 kids!

When there is unrealistic set target that can putme under pressure to make money for company, it can reduce one lifespan so. Notting like been happy that u are going to work the next day...........

Bros. U hv to think twince. Bfor u resign ooo. To be alone ie nor easy. But to be a man is to make a decision and face d consiquence. Its seems u ar indispensible in dat company ? I alwasy lik a company wher i enjoying peace of mind and am really doing and enjjoyin my job as it shuold be. No pressure , no tension

When its obvious your employer see's you as a slave,underpays you, overworks you and always looking for fault or creating one to justify their wickedness

u're so on point here

When am not happy going to work the next day.
When tribalism, favoritism and nepotism is the order of the day at work.
When my supervisor takes all the glory for my effort.
Unrealistic target that will deminish my life span, etc.

I peacefully resigned when i discovered the more i achieve for the private school i was managing the worse they treat me to the extent of non payment of salary for 2 months and after they paid one i dash them the other in lieu of one month notice of quiting. Imagine them telling me that i should create ICT club, Data processing Club and Personal staff book and enter activities(lie that those were the activities we were doing) from January 2014 till October 2016 and all should be submitted in 24 hours.
