Battlefield 1 UK Launch Sales Better Than Hardline And BF4
EA’s marketing for Battlefield 1 paid off as UK gamers bought the game in droves. The game had a bigger launch than the two previous games in the series.
GFK Chart-Track reports that week 1 sales for Battlefield 1 exceeded the combined launch units for Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline. Sales for the game were just under the number made by Ubisoft’s The Division earlier this year. EA bumped its own game off the top as FIFA 17 had to settle for second place in the UK charts this week. FIFA 17 was number one for three consecutive weeks. Sales for that game dropped a healthy 36 percent compared to the prior week.
Rounding out the top five are Mafia 3, Gears of War 4 and Batman: Return to Arkham at 3, 4 and 5 respectively. Debuting at number 5 is pretty good for Batman: Return to Arkham since it’s just a remaster of the Arkham games that came out a few years ago.

Xbox Games With Gold For November 2016 Revealed
Microsoft has officially announced the free games that Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to download next month as part of the Games with Gold promotion. As always, there will be four games that gamers will be able to download, though when you will be able to download them varies between games.
As for the games themselves and when you can download them, they are the following:
* Super Dungeon Bros ($19.99 ERP): Available from November 1-30 on Xbox One
* Murdered: Soul Suspect ($19.99 ERP): Available from November 16- December 15 on Xbox One
* Monkey Island: SE ($9.99 ERP): Available from November 1-15 on Xbox 360 & Xbox One
* Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon ($14.99 ERP): Available from November 16-30 on Xbox 360 & Xbox One
