You should just apply for one...
If you have the 5 years relevant job experience, you can just apply as Experienced regardless of the age

APPLICATION PENDING-SUBMISSION.

And i haven't gotten any feedback email from them since then.

I think you don't understand me. because I'm seeing mathematics there and I don't know any university in Nigeria that is offering mathematics engineering as a course.

My Higher Institution isn't showing after successful application and now Pend-successful submission. However today I log on and I was able to update it in my Profile page. But I'm not quite sure if I should click on submit.

ya I saw that.....computer science is the same thing as mathematics in most schools in Nigeria......so the requirements for system analyst is Computer / Mathematics Engineering.....but we but know BSc computer science/mathematics is different from BEng or BSc Computer engineering......

the main point is if u have BSc mathematics u still can't apply as a system analyst....but as a statistician....simple

I think you guys are working yourself out with this "higher institution issue"...... obviously you all should have noticed the issue is with majority if not all of the applicants.... definitely it ia not your fault...plus you have submitted your degree certificate....CALM DOWN
