I export my product, oven dried catfish abroad. So far, business has been good. I even need more buyers. My major challenge is the high cost of courier. How I wish someone can suggest a cheaper means of exporting on a small scale.
I think cargo will be the cheapest.

[b]hello everybody, please l will strongly advice that we dont rush into things without properly asking questions. please becareful and dont be too desperate to allow people dupe you. now for those who want to do exporting, you can use people who are already based there. meet them during your festive period and discuss what you can do. they come with their own risk too. you can find online a list of Nigerian restaurant in different countries and contact them that you can supply also.. please let becareful and dont sound or look too desperate for export. its lucrative and at the same time risky... i just want to make common sense...

If foreigners can be transparent and honest in their dealing with us . Why can't we ?

If we can ensure to get registered with trade key which i think is a good option , the sky is the beginning . They are responsible to source for buyers on our behalf. And they hardly default . One will get orders through out the year non stop

Wow!!! This is good, but you must note that it is glaring that many exporters have been defrauded in the process of exporting goods to other countries owing to the fact that they do not have adequate training on export operations, export management, export documentations and methods of payment is export business. The link below is a compilation on all the steps exporters should follow from the point of packaging the goods they intend to export to the point of payment. To read it, click:

Have you heard this? Many Nigerian exporters have been defrauded of huge amount of money in the process of exporting commodities to foreign countries. Do you know why? They were not trained on export operations, management, documentations and the best methods of payment in export trade. This is terrible!!! Nigerians cannot continue to lose money to foreigners in the course of export business. Exporters, why don’t you get a practical manual that teaches the stages of export trade from processing and packaging of commodities to receipt of payment by the foreign buyers. It teaches export operations, export management, export documentations and methods of payment in export trade? It is a contemporary step-by-step guide to export trade. It tells all the contemporary dynamics in export trade. To get it, click on the link below:
