Your NYSC Cert, Degree Cert, and Second school Cert.
I don't really know if applying with a phone is helpful, but you can submit with your phone and print later in a cyber cafe.

look for nitro PDF reader or resize the document again normally before converting it. If your normal document is around 300kb, resizing converting it to PDF will make it around 80-90kb.

For the empty field, it means something went wrong with your application. Restart the application it will work out well.

get a nitro PDF reader or any PDF reader that can convert it is better. Or resize the document normally with your photo editor on your system to to around 200-300kb then convert it with a PDF reader it will become 80-90kb

I am using my Samsung tablet for the application.
 
Can I continue with my application using only my ‎secondary school entry?
 

Mine was doing the same thing even with a laptop until i worked on it at midnight they would work perfectly when it's done at midnight. By then there would be less traffic...

Copy the picture and paste it in Microsoft word. Save the file (on the save file as dropdwn) as PDF. Ensure your MS Word is 2010 above

Are you using a computer system with Internet connection? if yes
just Google "how to convert PDF to jpeg" you will find various websites where they do the conversion online for free. after converting the file (to jpeg) try to download it and after downloading you open the file as image then you can adjust the size through cropping and other little adjustment.
after that the file size must have been reduced. but make sure you check the file properties as you edit so as to know the actual size.
After the edit, then you go back to google to search "how to convert Jpeg to PDF". by then you can download your new PDF file with lower kB.

I saved the jpeg as my whatsapp profile pic and saved it again. The picture reduced drastically to 60kb before I converted to pdf online.

What error message are you getting. Remember you'll have to upload all the three documents once, you'll select them one after the other in the order stated.

please i have a little issue here. in the secondary school section, i have an SSCE cert which i got from my school, however i do not use it because its not complete. i have GCE which i have been using ever since. So do i fill in my secondary school details but in the section -Certificate obtained, fill in GCE or what? Help oooooo

My application keeps showing "error refresh browser". I tried deleting the higher institution but instead it keeps adding. please help with solutions

Hello guys,I feel your pains cuz i also had some difficulties while applying,what I would advice is that before you start your application or during application and you encounter an issue,delete your cookies and cache and then refresh the page,don't forget this,I tried it and it worked pretty well, however do not be discouraged if it doesn't work out, just refresh the page and try again. The only issue now is i'm done with my application and I have submitted,the website confirmed my submission and my profile says "application Completed" but still "pending successful submission" and I haven't received any reference number like they claimed we would,please is anyone faced with this issue?...Thanks

open a new tab, there is a website called convert to PDF, or just type CONVERT PICTURE TO PDF and check the best results, there is a site where you can import your pictures and documents into and convert them to an appropriate PDF format which will be less than 250kb too
