You are right...Mikel should leave. He should've left last season when Mou was benching him regularly.
This season, he's in a similar situation as Cesc and John Terry...Conte is struggling to fit him in his new formation. He doesn't fit in his style of play...that's all...nothing more, nothing less.
No one is denying all he has achieved over 11 years...he just doesn't fit in Conte's plan. Time for him to move on.
