This is horrible .... I just don't have words for such cruelty..... no one is above or mightier than another angry

He is not a man but a disgusting evil monster for being able to do that to another human. Anyone laughing about the video is no better. The same goes for the disgusting videographer and others bystanding and watching or involved in any way. I could barely watch a few seconds.
