You don't need to fund any account. Here is how to go about it. Go and open paypal account (Nigerian Paypal) and link it to your savings bank account through your ATM/Master card. Thereafter, order for any service of your choice with the paypal you opened earlier and linked to your bank account and the amount you paid for the service ll be deducted from your bank account.

Your bank ll determine the rate. I have already show you how to go about it. If you cannot open the Nigerian Paypal acct, then contact me to open it for you with your details such as your full name, email address, phone number, home address date of birth to : jms.ebenezer@gmail.com. No. You can't link your bank account to a US PayPal account. You need a US bank account to link with a US PayPal account the same way you link a Nigeria bank account to a Nigeria PayPal.
