yes you can, but some schools don't accept scan documents

It is not recognised or accepted anywhere.

Good afternoon have being following this thread for long have being denied USA visa three times and on my ds160 I filled unemployed was that the cause of my denial I need advise because I want to reapply

What advice are you expecting?

You have stated the reason for rejection and it is clear.
You have no ties to prove that you will return home after your visit.
In fact by showing that you are desperate and applying three times as unemployed
You have put red flags on your records.

you didnt say what category you are applying for or give full details to what happened .......... however from this limited post, if you have no home ties /no job then best to focus on other stuff for now .

Do not rush to reapply because surely you would be asked WHAT CHANGED IN YOUR APPLICATION

If you are talking about graduate transcript, i think your evaluation centre should do that, but if you are an undergraduate applicant then you can either submit documents via email or postal.Good luck!

Why don't you mail it to the school yourself on her behalf...You'd have to mail her another one for visa interview as well

I personally think its way too stressful going by one previous post to actually go to Cotonou just blc of Sevis ...except if u live there then ok... contact Walspring or see if anyone needs a dollar exchange here
