Just take up his defense in court. You can even do it for free of you like. All this questioning doesn't help you or him.
Justice Ngwuta has able KANU Agabi SAN to defend him in court. You should be ashamed of yourself. You just called the man a thief and yet could not even pinpoint whom he stole from.

What exactly did justice Ngwuta steal and whom did he steal from? Its like you people just swallow whatever you read online without reasoning!!!! What exactly is wrong in a supreme court judge having N27m or owning 3 cars? How many cars or millions does an ordinary state legislator have?

The case is in court.

The prosecutors would be presenting before the court the sequence of events that have led to the judge being so wealthy.

A typical example of "corruption fighting back"
Why do you always seem to be angry at any progress at the fight against corruption?

Can't u see that Buhari is not moved by una antics? His sturborness is the hope of a "cleansed NEW NIGERIA"

N27m and 3 cars?

This is what LG chairmen used as pocket money.
But keeping N27m in the house is it a crime? It's not a crime but how the money comes should be the question. So you want to tell me some of the Senators that earns millions per month do not keep such amount in their homes.

Oga this one is apart from the N200 million and £25000 the DSS found in his Abuja home after the sting operation. You know how thieves like to keep some of their loot in the village, like Saraki did recently before his Illorin home was robbed.

People are just showing their ignorance by commenting nonsense. What is wrong with a snr Justice having 3 cars and 27 million? When even common local government chairman can keep more than 150 million in his house and nothing will happen, especially if he belongs to APC. So the justice never had a life before he became a judge ? Nigerian youths should start thinking like educated people. BTW what is the positive impact of the recovered looks. My thought is that the FG is looking for ways to emasculate the Judiciary so that they can introduce tyranny.

The money and the car failed to attract my attension, its the four international passports in his possession, four different identities of a sitting judge, same crime many are rotten in jail for. Can someone remind me could this be a crime on him and what is that for if not for a sinister motive.

Perhaps you need to be reminded that what we read is minutes of what happens in the open court, so it is not ear say. You need to check your reasoning.

Oga the EFCC act empowers the EFCC to seize money or any other assets from people who cannot explain the valid source of such asset. In essence if you're caught with a specified amount of money or asset and you cannot explain a valid source if the money, it is assumed that the money was obtained illegally and that is a crime. The EFCC doesn't even need to prove that you stole the money or who you stole it from. That was why the EFCC went probing after Patience Jonathan's salary as Perm Sec in Bayelsa. She couldn't explain any valid source of the money that was found in her supposed account. Justice Ngwuta I'm sure cannot explain the source of all the monies found in his possession, except he wants to implicate himself and admit that he collected bribes.

Any judge who has given the populace a reason to suspect or doubt his/her possession of high moral and integrity standard, has not only subjected self to ridicule but also lost the respect that comes with that revered and noble profession. Deal with it o ye supporter of "cash for judgment" judges.

Who is the populace? APC supporters or what? These judges are on trial for ruling against the APC and nothing else. They have not lost any respect and will return to their Jobs after been acquitted

My dear which law exactly is that? Hope you don't mind quoting such laws!! BTW in court the onus is on the prosecution to prove that the accused committed the crimes !! It is the responsibility of he who alleges to prove!! That is the way the law works.

In law you do not assume anything, you must prove your case beyond reasonable doubt

BTW Patience Jonathan has given explanations for the sources of the money found in her account, it is now left for the EFCC to prove and convince the court that the money was stolen from govt coffers with irrefutable evidence

The only sensible post I've read in this thread. We have very dull set of youths supporting APC/Buhari.

This same government explained how Buratai (who receives less than this justice officially) bought Dubai properties with his "savings" that is more than his 100yrs salary (and he has not served up to 30).

Oga its like you're privy to information the rest of us are not privy to. How do you know patience has explained the source of the money found in her Supossed account? On the pages of newspapers? Has she reported to the EFCC? Did she write a statement or depose any affidavit? Have you seen the statement or affidavit?

Section 7 of the EFCC Act says: “The commission has power to (a) cause any investigations to be conducted as to whether any person, corporate body or organization has committed any offence under this Act or other law relating to economic and financial crimes.
“(b) Cause investigations to be conducted into the properties of any person if it appears to the commission that the person’s lifestyle and extent of the properties are not justified by his source of income.”
