You say BOA closed your account, you never show us where they stated that it's because of lecky100's transfers to you. Where these funds placed on hold? Can you absolutely convince us that he's the only customer ever sending you wire transfers to your BOA? How can you just form judge and jury? You be FBI?
Return this man's money/goods, only then can you cease communication. If I recall correctly, you've done similar thing in the past, and e no pure abeg.

And what did the bank do?
If they cleared it as legit, then there's no problem but if it was flagged as illegitimate / scam. That's when you were supposed to bust it.

But what is a logistics agent business In picking up cash for clients ?most especially with different senders name each time?

The onus is on Mikkyangel to provide proof of ILLEGITIMACY of said funds.
And even then he can only sit tight and wait to see if FBI comes knocking, then forward details of anyone he deems culpable (like they even need it sef).

In this modern day of credit card fraud,money highways and transfers been sold online by hackers ,wu and moneygram transfers also been done by hackers . How will someone claim naivety of this and still collect money for someone ? He is even lucky the money isn't traced to drug deals that could have been worse. If anyone wants to send u money ,make sure it is in the client name ,not ifeanyi jide in Nigeria sending a PayPal payment in the name of Barkley jones in America.

If truly this is a case of scam, then Mikky can in no way claim ignorance based on the evidence as provided by him. This will be treated as an instance of collusion between all the parties involved!! I bet there is more to it than meet the eyes!!! Question is what is mikky planning to do with the monies in question? Quietly covet it? There is no evidence provided so show otherwise that the money is not in mikky's custody. So flagging and blocking the guy as a scammer is not enough. Nigerians are really wicked oh. That's how I lost $500 last month because of this. I almost put my USA client in problem if not that he's well experienced. We would have had serious problems but thank God he trust me. Since then, I've learnt not to search for dollar desperately.
