i am just admiring morocco facilities,they look modernized and equal in standard to forces of developed nations

I thought you said to put rooivalk in production over a dozen of order will be needed.

Actually its 70 units.....Sounds a lot, but Denel seem very optimistic. SAAF would need a further 15-20 Rooivalk as stated by the Defence review, Nigeria also around 10-20 units, Egypt might also be a potential customer after the US delayed its Apache deliveries that might be another 40 units, Poland,India and Brazil are also interested.

This is goof but how serious is Nigeria about rooivalk? I haven't seen any news on it

have you seen the construction going on at the entrance of kahawa garrison? I tried to take pics but I was too far out, they've got security ballards(removable static) , that have separated the entry side to the exit side, there are some watch towers added, there some amoured vehicles stationed 24/7 Ata strategic locations overlooking the fence at all time, they have automatic road blockers on both sides of the enntrance for hostile vehicle mitigation....last time I passed there, they were installing metal detectors...... I have tried to search online for any info about it yo no avail.... The only thing I have come upon is this 1 LinkedIn account (that's how much I have searched!) where one guy from the company that did/is doing the project talked about being awaraded the job Quote: We are proud to be awarded Kenya Department Of Defense (Kahawa Barraks) gate security systems despite being only 3 months old company. The system consists of spike barriers, hydraulic road blockers, UVSS, luggage Xray machine, full height turnstile and walk through metal detectors. Our contract value is Ksh 27m (approx $270k). $1 = 100 Kenya shillings The road blockers look like this(the pic above)

Morocco receives M109A5 and M119 howitzers from the US

Around 70 M119 105mm towed howitzers and an undisclosed number of M109A5 self-propelled howitzers (SPH) were delivered to the Royal Moroccan Army by the United States last week.

The fresh delivery of M119s put Morocco as the largest operator of such howitzers among the Arab states according to the Moroccan media.

The US also stated that 600 armored personnel carriers , and 24,000 M16 rifles are due to be delivered to Morocco in the future. The amount of the latter totaled $24M.

rooivalk is good

but india will not buy it

it will induct apache (22 initial order ), rudra (98 initial order ) and lch (180 initial order)

all 3 will take care of the attack helicopter requirements.
