It is the goal of Ifarms to increase agricultural production in the community through her project on yearly basis.
IFARMS PROJECT is a project for agricultural development in Nigeria. Its a project basically meant for intending producers who are ready to venture into Agriculture and INVESTORS.
Haven completed project 2016 in partnership with AFP, we hereby launched PROJECT 2017 (BacktoFarm) Which will be in partnership with IITA.
IFARMS is an Agricultural Marketing and Production Company with the head office in Ibadan. Because of the vision to be contributing to the Nigeria GDP on yearly basis has brought about the idea of Ifarms Project, with the vision and mission as stated on the homepage.
Haven worked with Agricultural Freedom Project for the last project which held in 2016, Ifarms has resumed talk with International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Ibadan for partnership in the 2017 project. By so doing, we have launched PROJECT 2017 registration processes so as to know the total number of investors the project will be accommodating towards final partnership agreement on expected input with IITA.
Our 2016 project with AFP was on cultivation of Maize and Soyabeans on the project farms in Oyo and Iseyin, Oyo State which was on 69 acres of Land.
Our 2017 Project with IITA will be cultivation on several hectares of land for Maize, Soyabeans, Tomatoes and pepper so as to boost the supply of the produce into the community as they were generally below supply in Nigeria in 2016.
Our IITA/IFARMS MOU and agreement for this project will be publish in our news flash and also in atleast one National Dailies when completed by December 2016.

TO INVESTORS
We allowed all interested persons who are ready to invest into the agricultural project to partake in this project. Since the beginning of the project, we have always allowed two major categories of persons which are the investors and the intending producers.

how it works:
Investors are allowed to pay a minimum of forty thousand Naira (40,000) and Maximum of two Million Naira (2,000,000) for our 2017 Project.
Your investment will be paid with 100% increase after one year. You will be paid on the exact date we received your investment capital. i.e If your investment capital of 500,000 Naira was paid on 21st November 2016, you will receive 1 Million Naira on the 21st of November 2017.

Make your investment payment into the company account as stated in the form/MOU or as given below.
send your filled and signed MOU to us through
project@ifarms.com.ng .
input the teller number of payment where applicable on the form. And if you made an online transfer, kindly fill into the box your transaction code as received on your mobile phone. you will automatically get a message from us the moment your payment is received and also when your MOU/FORM has been received.
NB: The Memorandum of Understanding is a Law endorsed MOU prepared by the Company Lawyer and which will be endorsed and signed by the lawyer. Please fill it carefully and let it not be altered.
Registration and payment begin on 21st of November 2016 and ends on 16th of December 2016.

The MOU will be sent back to you on 9th of January 2017, after it has been duly signed by IFARMS AND THE LAWYER.



TO INTENDING PRODUCERS
Ifarms Project for intending producer for 2017 is proposed to be done on about 100 acres of land depending on the total number of intending producers.
This scheme is for those that are willing to venture into farming but do not have the knowledge or land.
Our Responsibility towards the project for intending producers:
we will help secure the production land which you will use. NB: This is only applicable to anyone that is in ibadan or that is ready to come to ibadan for the production.
we will help in providing you all necessary materials and labour needed for your desired crop of production.
we will help you manage your financial spending on the project.
we will help supervise your production, but you must be present to take more of the supervision.
we will help market your produce if you want. (condition apply)
How it works:
You are expected to pay a sum of 40,000 naira to secure production of one acre of any of the following crops we will be dealing with: Maize, soyabeans, cucumber, watermelon, tomatoes, pepper and cassava.
NB: The 40,000 will be given back to you when the project commences so as to begin to pay for the project expenses by yourself. collecting the 40,000 now is for us to know the total number of people we will be working with when the project commences Next year January.
You are expected to pass through all the production stages and supervise it by yourself till marketing.
You are entitled to renew your production land allocated to you by us after each year.
You are free to register for as many as possible acres you want to work on.

Good morning sir, what's the duration of the project? Plant cycle or a 12 months calendar?

I asked this cos there are some crops on your list that mature in few months.

iFarms:


Yes, Majority of our crops are of 3months. but we give 12months calendar for investors because we are paying back double of the amount investors give to us for the project. The investors project will be done by IITA and of which before such double amount could be realised, we would have used it twice. Moreso, the reason why we are collating now is because we have to finalise the total output of produce expect in tonnes before this year runs out and we can only determine that after we have known the total number of registered investors.

If you are coming in as an intending producer, you are not working with 12 calendar year. the moment you are done with your harvesting, you are free to go with your money.
