I am really eager to see how this vote recount ends. Perhaps, Trump loses his victory . Americans will soon be refugees in Canada and Mexico. Oh, the irony.

Recounting votes in America is nothing new but know nothing guys like you always obfuscate things. Trump wins and Americans will survive him. I grew up under Reagan and no president in America will scare me. Americans will thrive regardless of the president. If he performs well, he would be compensated in four years and if he doesn't , he would be kicked out. All those protesters are just as American as Trump. I don't know where you are getting your information from that the protesters are bullying people and destroying properties. I was shopping on Michigan Avenue in Downtown Chicago and met a lots of protesters from different groups protesting . Some are Black Lives Matter, some are against Trump and some are against commercializations of Xmas. One thing that unites them is the constitutional protection. Wait till Jan 20 and see the mammoth protests that will envelope the whole US including the White House. You and Trump backers have to get used to it the same way other presidents got used to it. Thank God that I live in a country where you don't get beat up or thrown in a dungeon for protesting and critiqueing your leadership . Like I said before, none violent protests is constitutionally permitted in America .

Some protesters smashed windows, lit a dumpster on fire, threw objects at police and lit firecrackers, according to The Associated Press.

Police say they responded with non-lethal munitions fired into the crowd, and that 26 people were arrested. The AP has more from the scene:

"Officers began physically pushing back against the crowd that at times threw objects at them as midnight approached, arresting several people and using flash-bang devices and types of smoke or tear gas to force people to disperse.
"After several orders to leave, police said officers used "less lethal munitions," such as pepper spray and rubber projectiles. Live video footage showed officers firing what appeared to be the non-lethal items. It wasn't immediately clear if anyone was hit."
