Expect the full Tigerkenn Homes estate works, full fencing, estate gates, neatly planted and arranged flowers, electric poles and documentation. I am am as ready as ever to make this piece of land HOME.

Please call me a day before the inspection. It's a short drive and I can go show it plenty times in a day. I already gone there twice today with different Nairalanders.

Spyder. I've heard that this area in Enugu has a serious problem with erosion. Have you done a soil test in this area. I've heard that residential houses here are sinking.

It's not true. What you are describing is nowhere near this town. Akpuoga Nike has the same soil properties with every other town in the area. What i saw there is hard, firm ground without erosion problems. There are houses built in every side of the land and I don't notice any problems. Will look at it again though.

The soil test will be done at a later time, to see if we can build skyscrapers instead of duplexes on the land. There is no erosion site anyway around this land. You can come for inspection.

Waiting around for more people to come and inspect this land today.........

I think it is better to identify the plots for duplexes, bungalows, commercial etc. so that people can plan accordingly. People are buying for different purposes.

I need to close this sales quickly so I can move on with developing these plots of land, fencing and buildings should be seen springing up here soon, this area is nearer to town and so could be inhabited as soon as possible, expecting more sales before moving on with plot allocation and documentation, then development.

Welcome Sir, this is an estate I know you will love. As usual, I will allocate some plots for flats, some for bungalows and some for duplexes. I plan that there will be very few residents so that the estate will attract the right type of residents, so I plan for more of duplex plots.

You are yet to iron out this issue. It actually affected me when I bought a plot at the Ugwuomu Nike estate. Had to change the plot I earlier chose after you revealed that the type of structure I had in mind is not going to be sited in that section.
So, early enough, kindly state the type of buildings to be constructed on parts of the estate. OR, as someone asked or suggested earlier, make it freestyle.

One other suggestion I have is that bungalows and duplexes should occupy one part, while multistorey buildings containing blocks of flats should occupy the other part. Also specify the maximum number of floors to be permitted for multistoreys. Fix this early enough, so there won't be confusion, please.
