elrony:The Kraken inside Rooney was released tonight. It's hard to believe this is the same player serving sh*t all these while. If he'd gotten a goal and an assist he'd easily win MOTM |

Kagawa10:This is not the point I was trying to make. I only wanted to explain clear cut chances to you as used in professional football. Let me address one of your points above. You said Ibrahimovic made the clear cut chance happen. It doesn't matter. Rashford speed made the clear cut chance against West Ham happen. In the last world cup, England vs Italy, there was missed clear cut chance recorded against Rooney. He jumped higher than everyone else (including taller defenders) and headed a ball that appeared to be going out of play, he hit the bar, but it was recorded as a CCC missed. Whereas it was his effort that even made it a chance. |

Semi finals: Southampton v Liverpool Man Utd v Hull We're in the finals. If Soton beats Liverpool it's going to be a stroll. |

Rooney was dope today, same as mikhi, ibra, val, martial, herrera and d rest of the team. Our right wing looks sharper than the left, val and mikhi are blending well. Our left fullbacks are leaving all the attacking work to Martial. |

Would have preferred L'pool now than in the final cos then they'd be coming with their strongest team for it. And why is this competition made to have 2nd leg to be played |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Elxandre(m): 11:23pm On Nov 30, 2016 |
Someone asked why we didn't demolish West Ham this way on Sunday. Well, Mhki and Martial don't look exactly like Rashford and Lingard. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 11:23pm On Nov 30, 2016 |
chrisley024:Nah! It's better to play them in the Final than now! Are we inferior to them? LOL! They should be the one scared of facing us in the Final not vice versa! |

chrisley024:strongest team or no, it shouldn't make a difference. We can underrate the talent in this team cuz they've been funny in front of goal. Pound for pound these guys should be operating far above any rival in the EPL. We can only hope for fine-tuning real soon. |

“I’m so happy today because today was against a Premier League team with Premier League qualities and characteristics. "That really showed his evolution because against Feyenoord we could think that it was a different profile, but today was against a proper and typical Premier League team. We are really happy, because we know the reason why we bought him; we were waiting for his adaptation and it looks like it’s coming." - Jose Mourinho |

Kagawa10:OPTA: Clear Cut Chances definition Clear Cut chances are one of those underrated stats in football. The definition of a clear cut chance is ‘ A situation where a player should reasonably be expected to score usually in a one-on-one scenario or from very close range. ’ (EPL Index) So in other words, a clear cut chance is a chance where the attacker is odds on to score, it can range from a one on one finish, a unmarked headed chance or a tap in chance. Kagawa10:If you download the pass chart of each player, you would see the length of each pass and in what area of the field. See the chart below. For instance the first chart shows all Michael Carrick's passes against Swansea on November field. The ones in red are the ones not successful. He made about 95% pass accuracy. The second chart shows United passes that led to Ibrahimovic's equaliser against West Ham. You can see Opta records everything. So Opta will rate the final pass made by Pogba higher than the other passes. The passes made in the final third may rated higher than the ones made from our defence.

"I’m pleased with the result, because the performance is something that we’re used to. We are playing very, very well at home and today was more of the same." - Jose Mourinho |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 11:48pm On Nov 30, 2016 |
The Rooney's yellow was not suppose to be. It was even the guy that jumped on Rooney, but he shouldn't have reacted. So Pogba comes in for Rooney vs Everton. Carrick wouldn't be playing that match. |

elampiro:Exactly why there's a visual chart.. But do they show the visual chart for their clear-cut chances? Literally, the missed chances are read the same way the forward passes are read unless you view the visual charts. I have asked you to list those 8 easy chances Ibra had missed so far but you've only listed few... |

I don't know what y'all see when you criticize ibra...dude has always played like a 10 even in PSG and trust me, he's on fire even without the goals. ![]() |

I don't know about you guys but I think I'm stuck with Rojo and Jones at centre back until Bailly returns. |

Kagawa10:Do you listen to yourself at all? Do you also listen to others? What has visual chance got to do with a missed tap-in, or a missed close range header or one vs one situation? I also told you clear cut chances stats are not available to download for free. This is why those who pay for it can download it, like skysports, Manchester United, Manchester City, coaches, FAs etc. Clear cut chances missed has nothing to do with forward passes. They are two different events. You are beginning to sound like you are not educated. Kagawa10:I am sure I have listed 7-8. What else do you want? Do you expect me to keep all in memory? The tracking technology recorded everything. It's the same information that's provided to FA and clubs. FAs makes use of these data from opta. English FA added EAsports to their stats providers. I think am done with you. |

Funlordjnr:I am tired of the guy self. He argues things that are not arguable. Opta tells how many shots taken by every player in a match, they tell how many chances created how many clear cut chances etc. Clubs and coaches use these data, big media houses use them. Manchester City even hired whoscored to help analyse opta data in details as in players comparison. |

Positives. We excel when Mourinho is in the stands, no need having a useless manager distracting Our team with bottle kicking antics. Miki seems to be finding his feet but it's still early days...I enjoyed that back heels pass for the first goal but credit to Rooney for dispatching that long pass at once to Miki. De gea should be excused from Cup matches like this, Romero is more than competent to hold his own... |

There's a problem, even Schweinsteger gets a seatbelt while Depay watched from the bench? Herrera was faultless today, if Kagawa comes here with his bullshìt, then you know he's just a senile man with early dementia. |

"We won comfortably with beautiful, attacking football. Goals plus performance equals real happiness. "I’m pleased with the result, because the performance is something that we’re used to. We are playing very, very well at home and this was more of the same. I think that, after their goal, we had 10 minutes where we felt it. "The players couldn’t hide that, because West Ham equalised with their first shot, but in the second half the team got the confidence to play again." - Jose Mourinho |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Oasis007(m): 6:42am On Dec 01, 2016 |
"The beauty of our attacking football is more of the same match after match but this time with goals, like against Feyenoord. "One of the things I proposed to myself was to come to such a club like Manchester United who play the kind of football that people want, because it’s Manchester United tradition, so I’m really happy with that." - Jose Mourinho |
