This is no joke and you can read it up if you have access to Lagos Criminal Code Doc. What am i even saying, is a public document so go get it and read it up. Anyway, even though is not a joke, yet it is laughable. How can Lagos State enact this kind of law? To me, it even gives the men a lenient sentence and an opportunity to impregnate as many woman they want. This is not a punishment as far as am concerned. Is too lenient.
