Sadly for Messi, that will never happen, So Maradona's legacy will always tower over and cast a shadow on Messi, which is suitably ironic as Maradona is 2 inches shorter.

Ronaldo however has already been declared greater than Eusebio(who is widely regarded as member of the GOAT inner sanctum) by the Portuguese Football Federation.
