1.A PLOT SELLS FOR 1.5M although anyone who buys btw now and 10th december gets a 15% discount which brings the amount to 1.275M. payable within a year.

2. the estate is covered by a global C of O, the buyer gets a Registered DEED OF ASSIGNMENT.

3. Upon full completion of payment, a temporary allocation is given. the physical allocation is then given upon readiness to build. after all other charges are paid.
4. people are not living in the estate yet as we just commenced work at the site. work started at the site in June of this year. we are currently putting in place all the infrastructures and recreational facilities.

5. its about 35 minutes from the abuja airport.

6. it is in NASARAWA but close to abj.

7. yes we do have connerpiece but our cornerpiece is reserved for the company show homes

legal fee 50k
developmental fees i.e infrastructure and recreational facilities 500k
security and supervisory 200k

You can get ur permanent allocation, but u will get it upon readiness to build, we have observed that many of our clients tend to abandon their plots once they get the physical allocation. this tends to disfigure the ambience and plan of the estate.

Brabus is the engineer/ builder right? That question ought to have been directed to him and not the client. I guess you couldnt challenge him...right?

For a fresh piece of land, what operations are carried out by a land surveyor in a chronological order?
I think levelling operation is first, followed by traversing..... I just need anyone to confirm and add to it. I never liked Surveying courses since lecturer was not ready to entertain questions from future Engineers. Pls anyone should help me out..... We can discuss more on it too
